This Saturday we got together to celebrate Alex's 9th birthday. I don't think we could have had a better weekend for it. It was so nice to have something positive to focus on. While we all had a moment of silence in the morning it was great to move on in the afternoon and see how far our family has come and grown in nine years. September 11th shook our family and changed the way we see the world. Five days after this tragedy our family started to grow with the birth of Alex, followed by Camille and Jonathan. Now when we get together is never a dull moment, every second is filled with laughter and constant babble. This Saturday was no different as the kids all jumped on the trampoline, skateboarded down the drive way and used our truck as a jungle gym.
